1. Agreement
By creating an account or using kalso (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
kalso provides time tracking, project management, invoicing, and related tools. We may update or change features over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Kalso is currently free while in beta. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed through our payment processor and communicated to you in advance — your account will not convert to a paid subscription without notice. Where fees apply, they are non-refundable except where required by law. You can stop using the Service at any time.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload, including your clients’ information.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
